We operate a fully computerized layby service.
Do you deliver overseas?
We offer a fixed freight rate to the following countries in the South Pacific:
Fiji
Tahiti
Cook Islands
French Polynesia
Vanuatu
Samoa
Soloman Islands
This fixed rate is via International Mail, courier prices available up application.
For other locations please contact us and we will advise freight costs.
How long would it take to have my order delivered?*
We dispatch orders promptly – on the same day if received before 2.30pm so that our customers get them as soon as possible. If possible we dispatch same day after 2.30pm but this depends on the number of orders and the size of the order. Most of our deliveries are made using Fastway Couriers however we use New Zealand Post for Rural Deliveries and deliveries to PO Boxes.
Fastway offer a next day service in the North Island and a 48 hour service to the South Island*.
NZ Post offer a 3 day service as standard*. However please note that Rural Delivery may take extra time (a day or two more).
* The above times are approximate figures with the majority of our parcels delivered within these times. There are some instances where delays occur mostly due to overloaded courier services or mistakes in handling parcels by the courier companies. We can not take responsibility for this but we promise that we will assist the follow up of your order until it is delivered to you. There may also be delays due to non-availability of the product ordered however we will advise you immediately if this is the case.
How much is the freight going to cost?
Please select the appropriate freight option. We have 2 free freight options. This is
available when the order total exceeds the specified sum excluding freight charges. Please
note that incorrectly selecting your freight option will result in a delay in shipping your
goods while we try and contact you.

We will do our best to pack the good securely while trying to achieve the lowest freight rate we can.
What do I do if I need to return goods?
We offer a no questions asked returns policy when goods are returned within 14 days of dispatch. Goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are in a used, damaged or worn condition.
Please pack the goods so the original packaging is protected and enclose a note giving your name, the order number and date received. Delays in processing your credit may result if this information is not provided.
The goods are returned at your risk so please consider this when sending them back.
When we receive the goods we will credit your card or send a cheque where the credit card details are not available.
All freight costs incurred for returns and exchanges are payable by the customer.
If the size I want is not available how long will it take to get them in?
This can take anything from 1 day to 2 months depending on the supplier so it is best to email or phone us for a specific date.
How can I pay for my online order?
There are a number of options available however if you would like your order to be dispatched without delay please choose Credit Card payment option. You may pay by:

- Personal/Bank Cheque
- Bank Payment
Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
The charge will only be processed when your order is picked and available to dispatch.
PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE
Unless you are an account customer your cheque must be cleared by us before your order is dispatched.
Please allow 4-5 working days for cheques to be cleared. Please plan your payments and orders accordingly.

Unless you are an account customer we need to receive the payment for this order before it can be dispatched. This will happen the same day if you deposit cash directly into our bank account at an ASB branch before 2pm and phone to confirm to us this has happened.
Otherwise if funds are being transferred from a bank account this can take several days depending on your bank's processing times.
IMPORTANT! When making a bank payment it is important that you email with full information about the payment that you made to ensure we identify the payment and process your order without delay. Please ensure that you supply us with the following information immediately after making the payment:
1-Amount paid
2-Date paid
3-Internet Order number
4-Bank reference used (your surname)
Can I return products that do not fit correctly?
